Terms of Management Appointment

Our appointment is subject to one month's notice to terminate on either side.

Fees:

Rates for Full Management Service (A) are normally charged monthly and range from between 10% and 15% of annual rental income, depending on the property size, location, age and general condition of property. Rates reduce accordingly for additional properties managed.

Rates for Partial Management Service (B) are charged at 8% plus VAT.
Fees in this instance, where rent is not being collected, are paid in full in advance.
